My front cover

This is my front cover. Throughout the whole magazine the colour scheme is light and soft colours, this reflects my chosen genre of music because pop is generally not very out there and it is more about producing catching songs.

I made the front cover of the magazine very simple and not over crowed because pop artists are very identifiable, I relied on this because fans of a certain artist would automatically pick up the magazine because it is featuring them.

For the picture I had to take into account that I was going to have storylines around the image, however when I thought about it thought that it would be better to make it about a single artist. this defies the conventions of pop music because it is usually very exciting and over crowed but I decided this would be a better choice.
